Return Policy

  • Items can only be returned for refunds. Please complete the Online Return Form within the 7-day Appreciation Period.
    (Oversea customers please complete the Online Return Form within the 18-day Appreciation Period).
    If the return reason is
    “Doesn’t Fit, Switch To Different Size ”, please purchase the correct size directly to minimize the delivery time. If the size you want to order is out of stock, please consider other series.

  • Request Return Items
    According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers enjoy a 7-day Appreciation Period (oversea customers enjoy an 18-day Appreciation Period), not a trial period. The returned items must be completely brand new, unused in their original sold condition. Customers must provide the original packaging, labels, and other accessories (including, but not limited to, free gifts, zip bags, promotional brochures, etc.).

  • To maintain our product quality, we check every single item before delivery. Only on rare occasions would the customers receive damaged items. If you receive any damaged items, please contact our customer service immediately and complete the Online Return Form.

    * Taiwan
    Please provide your personal information including name, contact number, pickup address, and complete the Online Return Form. We will arrange the return pickup accordingly.

    * Overseas
    Please complete the Online Return Form first within seven days of receipt of your order. 
    Items must be then sent to the address below within 18 days:

    Will require customers to cover the cost of return shipping.

    ** Note: the situations as below DO NOT warrant items for return:
    (1) Items soiled with any type of cosmetics.
    (2) Items that are creased, dirty or with odor
    (3) Items that have been worn for an extended duration of time
    (4) Items returned without complete accessories, labels or with removed labels/protective adhesives
    (5) Items have been modified
    (6) Items returned without the Gift with purchase
    (7) Items returned beyond the 7-day AppreciationPeriod
    (8) Items returned without the complete original packaging, labels, zip bags, promotional brochures, etc.

  • Note (the Original Payment Method):
    (1) Credit Cards:
    The refund will be processed 7-14 workdays after we receive the returned items.
    (2) Installment:
    This method requires all purchased items to be returned. If the refund date has passed your Credit Card Bill Closing Date, the refund will be shown on your next billing cycle. If you require a rush refund, please contact your credit card bank.
    (3) ATM:
    The refund will be returned to your bank account, please provide your remittance information (bank, branch code, bank account).
    **All refunds are subject to a shipping charge. Customers will receive free return shipping if the price of the items exceeds the free shipping threshold within the respective country.
